After the spring break, and a very successful end to our season winning the Presidents cup, we are gearing ourselves up for an early start in the preseason calendar. We have a busy season coming up, and a lot to prepare for, so now is the chance to get ourselves fit and ready.
Preseason training will begin on the 27th of June on a weekly basis every Thursday from 7 pm till 8.30 pm and Saturday 10:30 am till 11:30 am until the start of the season. We have 9 weeks of preseason training before we return to a normal routine.
Training will continue to be on Victoria Park, with some special visits to alternate training grounds sprinkled in, so keep an eye out on pitchero for up to date information on where we will be.
Touch is still on every Tuesday from 7 pm till 8 pm on Victoria Park, and will continue right through until September, ideal for those of you who want to get some good cardio in, and maybe a beer afterwards.
